Your Team at Skye 2905 Urban Flats

Carrie truly enjoys working in the multifamily industry. She brings over 14 years of industry experience before joining the Behringer Harvard team. She enjoys spending time with her 8 ½ year old son, Blake and their 17 ½ year old kitty named Tiffany. Together they enjoy the numerous days of sunshine that Colorado has to offer, beautiful summers and snow in the winter time. We go camping, hiking and fishing and skiing. She also enjoys gardening in her backyard. She enjoys every day of the office, in property management, there is never a dull moment. Between the staff, residents and company, it is truly a privilege to be a part of this team.

Crystal has been with Behringer Harvard for 8 months and in property management for 19 years. I have been married for 2 years and have an amazing son named Alex that will be 19 in March. I enjoy spending time with our two pups Oliver and Gracie, or just hanging by our pool with great friends and family. I am a native of Colorado and love the snow too much to even think about going anywhere else!!! A little secret about me.... I love the twilight Saga movies

Jennifer has over three years of experience in the multifamily industry and continues to love her job every day. She is the mother to two wonderful mutts, Frank and Beans. Originally from New York, she enjoys the non-humid summers on endless rooftop patios and skiing the mountains that are a quick road trip away. You also can’t beat the 300 days of sunshine in Denver and the occasional flip-flop day in January. When asked what her favorite thing about Skye 2905 Urban Flats is, she responds without hesitation, “the residents!”

Shannon is the newest addition to the leasing staff at Skye 2905. After 2 years of leasing apartment homes in Dallas, TX, Shannon packed up her two dogs, Sam and Megan, and all of her worldly possessions and headed north for adventure in the mountains. While most of her family still lives in Texas, with 5 sisters and a brother, family is never too far away. Shannon loves Denver, Colorado and can be found most days at the dog park down the street with Sam and Megan. Shannon also enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking and reading. Her favorite part about Skye 2905 is spoiling the four legged residents rotten. She insists that she meets all the dogs and gives each one a treat as they pass through the office on their daily walks.

I am from a small town called Drew, Mississippi, where I played football in high school. I enlisted into the National Guard from 1976 to 1989 my rank E-5. I moved to Dallas, TX. IN 1986 and started in the apartment Industry. I joined the Behringer Harvard team in June 2011, working at Skye Urban Flats. I enjoy working with all of the great people. During my spare time I enjoy hunting, hiking, fishing, camping and bike riding. I also spend time at my cabin in New Mexico. I describe my job duties as doing whatever is needed, from hanging pictures to occasionally moving a piece of furniture for a resident. I love what I do and the people of our great community.

I am originally from Albuquerque, N.M. I relocated to Denver, Co. in 1982. I was self- employed in the Home Improvement- Industry from 1997 to 2010. I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping and tennis. I also played women’s softball for three years; pitcher and short stop were my positions. I also enjoy the cooking channel and interior design programs. I relax doing my art work, mainly pencil art. One of my favorite places in Colorado is Daniels Park you can see the Rocky Mountains from end to end. I have two children Frutoso and Celina and a great daughter in law Emilee .Three grandchildren, TJ, Chase and baby Gage. Working at Skye 2905 has been a wonderful opportunity and experience for me.

I have lived in Denver, Colorado for twenty three years. I have been an apartment grounds keeper for the past six years. I have a wonderful family including my wife, Josephina, of twenty four years and our two beautiful children, Irene and Roger. As a family we enjoy fishing and playing basketball. I also like watching my favorite movie, Polar Express and enjoying my favorite Chinese food! I take a lot of pride in my work and I make everything look as neat as possible. Skye 2905 is the best place to work because of the residents and staff.
